You get the imagery, we handle the paperwork.

No. There are no travel fees anywhere in the San Antonio metro area, including Stone Oak, Alamo Ranch, Alamo Heights, Schertz, Cibolo and Helotes. For jobs outside the metro, any travel is quoted upfront before you book so there are never surprise line items.
Most San Antonio jobs are scheduled within 48 hours, and same-week scheduling is standard. Edited photos and video are delivered 48 hours after the flight, or 24 hours with priority turnaround added.
Yes. Every pilot holds a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carries $1M+ in liability insurance. We can send a certificate of insurance to your site manager or property owner before the flight.
Yes, with authorization. Much of San Antonio sits inside controlled airspace around SAT, Stinson Municipal, Fort Sam Houston, Lackland AFB and Randolph AFB. We request LAANC authorization from the FAA before the flight, and where LAANC does not cover a specific grid we file a manual authorization request. If your location needs extra lead time we tell you when you book, not on flight day.
