Safe, Detailed Roof Inspections,
No Ladders Required
A ladder is the most dangerous tool on a roofing job. A drone removes it entirely. We fly a structured grid over the roof, capturing every plane, ridge, valley, flashing detail and penetration at resolution close enough to count granules, then hand you an organized set of images with the damage called out.
A typical residential roof takes 20 to 30 minutes on site. Steep pitch, tile, slate, metal standing seam and three-story commercial roofs are all the same flight to us, no fall risk, no walking on brittle material, no insurance exposure for the property owner.
Every inspection is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot carrying $1M+ in liability insurance, and much of San Antonio requires LAANC airspace authorization, which we obtain before arriving.

Who Uses Our Drone
Roof Inspections?
Roofing Contractors
Quote more roofs per day without sending a crew up. Accurate plane measurements mean tighter estimates and fewer change orders, and the imagery closes the sale in the homeowner's driveway.
Insurance Adjusters
Document storm damage safely and defensibly. Thermal reveals hidden moisture a visual inspection misses, and during San Antonio hail season we turn claims imagery around fast enough to keep files moving.
Homebuyers & Home Inspectors
Know exactly what you are buying before closing. A drone inspection shows the remaining roof life, prior repairs and active problems in time to negotiate rather than discover them after funding.
Property Managers
Run routine inspections across an entire portfolio on one schedule. Catch small failures before they become interior water damage, and keep a dated visual record for every property you manage.
Thermal Roof Inspections
Thermal imaging reads heat, not light. Wet insulation holds heat differently from dry insulation, so a thermal scan flown at the right time of day shows you problems that are completely invisible from the ground, from a ladder, or in a standard photo.
- Hidden moisture trapped under membrane or decking.
- Insulation gaps and compressed or missing batt coverage.
- Active leaks traced back to the actual entry point, not just the interior stain.
- Poor ventilation and heat buildup shortening shingle life.
- Solar panel defects on roofs with existing arrays.
San Antonio Hail Season
& Storm Damage
South Central Texas takes hail hard. When a storm rolls through Bexar County, roofing crews and adjusters are booked solid within days, and claim deadlines start running immediately.
We hold capacity for storm response and can typically be over your property within 48 hours of a hail event. The deliverable is built for a claim: dated, geotagged imagery, damage mapped by roof plane, and thermal where moisture is suspected. That is the difference between an approved claim and a denied one.
Roofers and adjusters working multiple properties after a storm get scheduled together, several addresses in one day at a per-property rate.
Pricing & Booking
Residential roof inspections start at $175. Commercial, multi-building and portfolio work is quoted by scope, and anything over $600 gets a custom written quote so there is no guesswork. Send the address and we will come back within 24 hours.
